We are grateful to the generous contributions of many volunteers for making Local Palate such a special event.
While there are many people to thank, we are especially thankful for the local farmers who donated food or gave us a good deal on their products.
Basically Basil and Calypso Farm donated the gorgeous flowers that graced the tables and made great silent auction bouquets.
Homegrown Market furnished Pork Loin and Barley and Clair’s Cultivations provided apples for the delicious Pork Roulade.
Rosie Creek Farm donated onions and leeks and Sourdough Take Home Chef created sourdough rolls for the first course.
John Dart of Dart Am Farms in Manley Hot Springs donated LOTS of great vegetables. This Harvest Basket brought in some needed cash in the Silent Auction. Thank you John.
Johnson Family Farms donated greens for the amazing salad created by Helen McLean.
And finally, Aaron Stierle of Solitude Springs Farm & Vineyard brought carrots and HIMSELF! Thank you for all the hard work!
